In 2015, the Cycling Team established the HALOS Fund ( Helping and Loving Our Survivors) to assist and support the survivors of Dallas Police Officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice. HALOS is honored to support the Widows Luncheon, which is held in May at the Dallas Police Association, since 2016. The Fund provides Greenberg Turkeys to the families for Thanksgiving and creates Christmas ornaments using members' bicycle chains from the Police Unity Tour and Texas Peace Officer Memorial Rides. The fund helps purchase Christmas gifts for The Widows' and Orphans' Fund and assists with their Christmas luncheon. We are grateful to be in the position where we can invite one member from each surviving family to participate in the Police Unity Tour and cover 100% of the $1,800.00 registration and travel expenses.

- Paid a moving company to move one of our survivors across the metroplex.
- Bought six flags season passes for the children.
- Covered an auto policy deductible when their car was damaged in hail storm.
- Sponsored 2 survivors to join the Team for the 2019 Police Unity Tour.
- Sponsored the 2019 Widows Luncheon.
